Letter's to Madison- 10 months old

PURE JOY

Happy Ten months birthday.  It is also our 6 year anniversary and your cousin Caitlins birthday.  What a big day, and on top of that both your Grandma's, your dad, and two of your uncles completed a half ironman.  It was amazing to watch them.  Maybe one day you will be just like them.  Your favorite event is to watch the bikes.  You are memorized by the wheels as they soar past you! So what are your stats?

Weight- 19.0 lbs (40%)

Height- 28.5 inches (64%)

Head- 44 cm (40%)

You are growing just perfectly and your dad and I always are so excited to get you up in the morning and see your smiling little face bouncing around in the crib.  The biggest event of all this past month is your finally learned how to official crawl!! I think Cason your cousin finally gave you the courage to just take off after you were watching him.  Like I said in the past months you have been army crawling and inch worming your way around since you were 6 months old, but now you are just taking off.  

New Things

You can stand by yourself for about 3-5 seconds

You pull yourself up so well on to furniture

You imitate everything we do (yesterday I was talking and using my hands and I look over and you are pretending to talk and doing everything I am doing)

You love to eat everything so far (we just started meats 3 days ago and you are also loving that)

Your favorite things to eat is torn up green grapes, graham crackers, green beans, and most of all banana's. 

You speak gibberish about 6 of the 8 hours of the day you are awake.  You shake your head and have inflections in your voice, and wave your hands around.  You make great eye contact with the person you are talking to and wait for them to answer. 

You love to throw bouncy balls and tennis balls

You have hair and had your first pony tail

You sign sometimes

You wave goodbye and you also clap for yourself when you did something good

You drink out of sippy cups

Started brushing your teeth

First time crawling caught on tape

Other interesting things

Clothes- anywhere between 6-12 months

Diapers- size 3

Shoe size- 2

Food- all vegetables and fruits (in the gerber baby foods), started chicken and now on to turkey

Teeth- 4 on top, 3 on bottom
